The location is at pretty central in Ipoh. The place and rooms are tidy and well kept. There is nothing to complaint about cleanliness. Check-in and check-out process hassle free and fast Typical hotel breakfasts and generally they are decent. The coffee shop in the ground floor has some amazing coffees!
1. The parking in and out need constant ticket validation. That gets tiring quickly 2. The centralized air-conditioner takes forever to get to ideal temperature. So we are scared to increase the room temperature in the morning because then the room will be super warm during afternoon. 3. There is no hand-held shower makes it super hard if you have toddler. Definitely not family friendly. 4. This is on me, but not having king bed option is really annoying and hard if you have toddler. 5. Mistake happens, so I'm okay to overlook when house cleaning didn't clean the unit when we went out despite we made a call to lobby but after going thru all the annoying part, smaller mistakes tend to amplify. 6. The pool is road facing and lacks privacy, who puts pool like this? 7. The kids room is barely has anything interactive, even indoor slide is definitely worn out quite a lot.
