Restaurant staff training could be better, always had to ask for chilled glass when ordering a beer, otherwise the glass given was warm. When ordering certain foods ( spare ribs)a wet hand towel or finger bowl would be a welcome addition. Sometimes the starter/entrees served with the main course.

Private beach amazing Clean facilities Old school style hospitality eg turning down beds, good night leaf and happy birthday cake. Staff super helpful especially Linh and breakfast was wonderful.

Rooms need a refresh eg tv too old, A/C too loud, fire alarm flashing through the night as well as circle on the wall. We could hear upstairs and next door. No pool or beach service for water and ordering from hotel food/drink menu.

Everything, great paradise location! Staff and food were amazing, room immaculate!

We had a great time at this hotel, despite some issues. It has enormous potential. The location is superb, positioned overlooking the fishing village at Bai Xep, and with access to a lovely beach. The rooms are extremely spacious and kept very clean.

Pool & Beach service was non existent. Used towels, empty glasses and cans were left at the tables around the pool and no one came to ask if you wanted a drink. If you did want something it was difficult finding someone to serve you. Breakfast was also difficult. The à la carte choice is extensive but slow; the buffet is unimaginative. On one of the days I had to ask the waitress to put sugar on the tables. As soon as I reminded her she put her phone down and got on with it, but you get the impression that the management of the staff is not what it could be for a 4* hotel.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Cocktails waren hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Markttour und der anschließender Kochkurs..hier wurde auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Spa ist ebenfalls auch höchstem Niveau.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut

Wow what a beautiful resort! We loved absolutely everything from the private beach to the pool as well as the room itself overlooking the ocean. There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like and it was the most beautiful place to unwind and relax after travelling around in Vietnam. We’ll be back!

Prices for massages were a bit expensive and while I didn’t get one myself due to a heat rash, the treatment rooms looked absolutely stunning so could be worth the price.

No slippers, bath robes and razors provided. The building is basic and dated. All inclusive package as advertised by Booking is not all inclusive. Lunch and dinners were available as an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. Any additional items are charged separately.
