Sai Gon Mui Ne Resort

Room rate 1.100.000d . Extra bed 1.200.000. Crazy rate which is unaccepted! I hope other service is as good as they advertise. However, first experience is bad and I hope they can adjust the rate is more reasonable. I book total 8 rooms and ask for 1 extra bed for kid and they offer this rate. So disappointed!

Khuôn viên khách sạn rất đẹp, mát mẻ và sạch bong ngay cả vào thời tiết mưa. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện ích. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, lối vào khách sạn cần cải thiện hơn. Mình phải vòng xe 2-3 lần mới tìm được lối chạy xe vào sảnh lễ tân, mình đã không biết là phải đậu xe vào bãi xe rồi đi bộ vào sảnh lễ tân😂 nên mới chạy xe lòng vòng. Trà chiều nên có vài chiếc bánh ngọt sẽ hấp dẫn hơn nhiều. Một khách sạn resort rất đẹp, dịch vụ rất tốt và phù hợp với chi phí. Mình đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ở đây. Cảm ơn sự tận tình của các bạn nhân viên của khách sạn.

Maanläheinen ihastuttava hotelli aivan meren rannalla. Ystävällinen palvelu, kotoisat huoneet. Ehdottomasti kannattaa varata merinäköala huoneisto tai jos haluaa pari neliötä isomman niin bungalow. Runsas ja vaihtuva aamiainen. Mainio sijainti alueen rantakadun keskellä.

We booked a family room (two spacious bedrooms and one living room) for two nights in December 2023. What was good: - The resort is okay in itself with all the standard facilities expected. - the swimming pool is nice. - the landscaping is pleasant. The resort was nicely decked up for Christmas. Spreading the holiday and festive mood. - sea view is nice. We spent some hours just relaxing in the beach bar What can be improved: - There are few shortcomings that render this place not worth the money I paid. - Guests were smoking away on all the lounge chairs around the pool and at the beach bar. - The beach is very small and guests were being told not to go in the sea. There were no water sports on offer. - Breakfast was so so. The bakery section was really sub-par with bread not looking fresh. - the family room , being the largest set of rooms in the entire resort, did not have a balcony. Nor was it having a sea or pool view - There was a gym that was very sub-par. - At the time of check-in, I had paid for my whole stay but was asked to give a VND 1m deposit for any expenses! Haven’t had this bizarre experience anywhere before in my life 😀

Everything, the room, location, staff, politeness, food, service, pool, Christmas decorations, lights are excellent!!! Strongly recommend this hotel!!! Weather in December is perfect! Thank you Saigon Mui Ne Resort!!! Ernestas Lithuania Kaunas.

The facilities have been gotten old, but they’re doing their best to keep them clean. There some staff look unsociable, but we positively communicated with them, then they gave us cheerful smile and kind hospitality. We were surprised that we could enjoy dinner with free of charge. (included into the room fee)

ムイネーは2回目でホテルを変えましたが今回のホテルは値段相応に印象は悪かった。これで4つ星という表記をするのは詐欺である。 宿泊する部屋もレセプションや毎朝利用するレストランからかなり離れている印象で、こういった情報は予約を取る時に正しくユーザーに伝えるべきである。 「安い価格の理由はレセプションから離れた位置にあるためです」といった正直な姿勢が信頼につながると感じます。 今回は非常に残念な印象しか残りませんでした。
