Sai Gon Mui Ne Resort

After 3 days of my 5 day stay aircon issues were resolved it was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and attentive. Beach was ok but they still have some ways to go with fixing. Pool is warm, place is very nice for kids. Lots of gardens flowers palm trees and coconut trees.

We, overall, enjoyed the hospitality by hotel staff. Breakfast was fine, but the service was really nice. Room was just ok. Lots of mosquitoes in the room when we checked in, but they stopped flying around when we lowered the temperature to 20 degrees. We asked for a second room key so we could leave the other key in the slot to keep the AC running while we were out. Water pressure was the only bad experience. My daughter said it was lighter than light rain! I stayed under the showerhead for almost 15 minutes to wash off the soap on my hair! Other than that, we really enjoyed the beach. We would try a different hotel next time.

Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby! There are also security Guards guarding the resort who’ll check your if you have a hotel card with you. Maybe a little troublesome but really appreciate the tight security as it makes it more safe! Breakfast was great other than the fact that the maple syrup was infested with ants. Overall, great location, good service and comfortable room!

The reception is quick and nice. People are so friendly and the lady helped me book the bus tickets to other city. Breakfast isn’t that big but still good enough to enjoy. Spacious pool and private peach are enjoyable too. Hillside rooms is a bit far from the main building so that I crossed the road but it’s not a big deal. Too many cats in the building which I didn’t like the most. Worth for the money :)

묵어본 숙소들중에 가격대비 최고였습니다. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 전반적인 서비스가 좋아요. 호치민돌아가는 슬리핑버스도 예약해주고, 비치타월도 센스있게 교체해줍니다. 조식도 다양하고 먹을만해요. 굳이 단점을 지적하자면, 저녁 비비큐뷔페는 비추입니다... 먹을게없어요 정말...그냥 조식만 드시고 저녁은 보케거리가서 사드세요. 리조트 비치바도 음식맛은 구립니다. 무튼 리조트의 컨셉? 자연속에 있는듯한 느낌 너무좋아요. 다음에 오면 또 묵을 예정입니다.

숙소가 바닷가 쪽이 아니라 길을 건너야 했는데 길 건너는 것만 아니면 매우 좋았습니다.

The major disappointment was the fact that they no longer provided windsurfing as their website suggests. This has been the case for over a year but they have neglected to update their website. Their initial reaction was poor but by the second morning they had arranged for Tam, one if the kite surfing instructors to drive us 7km to surf4you each day. The hotel was fine, the beach beautiful and the staff helpful. The service in the beach bar was slow.

Отель отличный, но...... оказалось, что у него 2 территории, в бронировании об этом ни слова- приехали, а тут неприятный сюрприз- заселение на 2-й линии, разговаривали с персоналом на ресепшен и звонили в хотелс.ком- ничем нам не помогли- начало отпуска было подпорчено(((( дорога ооочень оживленная, машины и скутеры ездят, не притормаживая. В остальном, все было хорошо. Номер хороший, завтраки вкусные, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. на будущее,буду тщательнее изучать информацию об отелях, еще и на других сайтах

The staff are very friendly and professional. Very clean and close to many shops and restaurants.

I would not book this place again. I felt misled by the photos and was booked a room at the casino across the street from the actual hotel. The room was clean and decently sized but we didn’t expect to stay this far from the beach and we paid quite a price for this stay. We stayed one night and I regret booking our stay here. We were miserably woken up throughout the night by multiple telephone calls, from 10pm, 12am, 3am, 4am, 6am... what the hell- and no one was even on the other line. Really ruined our night of rest after a long day of travel. Would not recommend this hotel.
