GBIncredible location, the menu is extensive, amazing infinity pool and views. We stayed for only 2 days and enjoyed every moment. We also took a half day hike which we would highly recommend when staying at Topas.

The long ride from the downtown of Sapa. Hotel should provide more shuttle service to town.

Shuttle bus is only offered outside of check in and check out times, check in time is 2pm but shuttle only picks you up at 2pm from Sapa, shuttle back to Sapa is 10am but checkout is 11am, this is inconvenient as you are losing out on time at the lodge especially as we were only staying one night We were checking out at 11am, staff came knocking shortly after 10:30 to ask if we were checking out and to take our bags and room key ,we felt very rushed to have to leave as we were enjoying the last few moments taking in the views and finishing packing The main disappointment for us was not being able to use the Spa. When we first checked in we called the spa straight away so we could book in and we were told they were fully booked and only one spot at 5:30 but we couldn’t go as a couple. This was very disappointing as it was what we were looking forward to most about our stay was to relax and unwind at the Spa together. If the spa is very busy we should of been informed before we arrived that it’s recommended to book in advance as we could of done this to avoid our disappointment

Place was crawling with bugs. Almost nothing to do when it's raining. I got charged $60 for 1 bag worth of laundry. Basic amenities.
