Everything was perfect.
HUThis hotel is something really unique. The landscape is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. It does not matter which edge of the hotel are you at, everything is just so beautiful and calm. It is literally a paradise in the clouds with breathtaking views. We loved the sundown drinks provided by the hotel between 5 to 6. For the sundown drinks the hotel provides with quality spirits and great snacks which is a lovely touch from the hotel and it is such a great feeling having drinks while watching the beautiful sunset. All members of staff are really helpful and kind. The breakfast is great, we loved the selections. The matcha latte is fabulous. The dinner selection is good and my personal favourite was the Bo Luc Lac - Shaken Beef. The rooms are beautiful. We also loved the fact that the hotel is very environment friendly and offers tokens for guest if they skip the cleaning for a day. The hotel does not push customers and does not try upsell which is also a great experience. All in all me and my wife we absolutely loved this place and we highly recommend it. We loved everything, however the bed mattress could be a bit softer. Alright I used to sleep on a very soft mattress. :)

BEAbsolutely stunning location beautifully set at the top of the mountain. Well designed buildings sympathetic to the local culture and multiple restaurants/pools for the number of guests. Excellent guides.
Poor attention to detail with guests. Noisy pool pumps left on through the night, broken/dirty coffee machine, tea bags not refilled, dirty cups from previous guests left in room, glasses left uncleared, slow and unhelpful reception, limited curtains or shutters (e.g., possible to see into bathroom from the restaurant above). Too many people using the swimming pool for an instagram/tiktok photoshoot meant difficult for other guests to enjoy. Overall a substandard approach to standards that took away from what is an amazing lodge. This could easily be fixed…
