I had such a wonderful stay at Centara Koh Chang. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — it truly feels like staying in the middle of a tropical forest. The atmosphere is so fresh, relaxing, and calming. All of the staff were very warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and honestly, there’s no need to go outside because the resort has everything you need. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge. I would definitely love to come back again!

The rooms were really stunning for such amazing value! It was also conveniently located a short walk from town or you could rent a scooter on site.

The restaurant for dinner wasn't exceptional for the price the food was. The gym was also so warm with no A/C we couldn't use it.

We are long time members of the Centara group and this might be their worst hotel… The hotel is very old and outdated… We had 3 rooms - ours was stink and dirty - other 2 rooms were just old…. Reception was slow and not friendly while other service staff were nice… Breakfast is ok… Beach in general - Klong Prao beach is not nice and rocky. Pool is nice. Price value is reasonable
