Terrible experience at Centara Tropicana on Koh Chang. We’ve already been waiting for check-in for an hour, and it’s not even that busy. The staff keeps apologizing and saying the rooms aren’t ready because of late check-outs. Seriously? How is that my problem? This is absolutely unacceptable. This has already ruined the rest of our stay

dåligt system för tillagning av bacon och ägg, blev lång väntetid plus att man bara fick 2 skivor bacon särskilt när det står fler personer och väntar. Kaffet var gott.

Leider in die Jahre gekommen, hätte eine Renovation nötig Die Aussendusche ist nicht zu gebrauchen und sehr schmutzig Die Strandbefestigung ist nicht sauber mit Steinen befestigt, sieht aus wie eine Abfallhalde mit den zerissenen Sandsäcken

Lage direkt am Strand. Traumhafter Garten. Fantastisches, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Einige Dinge gehörten mal wieder renoviert. Dächer z. B., besonders das Restaurant. Preise etwas zu hoch. Trotzdem würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
