I stayed with my girlfriend for a 4 days 3 nights vacation. Good environment and ambiant, walking distance to sunrise beach where you can enjoy beautiful sunrise view. Breakfast provided by the hotel are good and variety. Room is big and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel overall is good and would like to stay there if i am going back for 2nd trip.

Good, but our room was far from the beach and we had to carry the kids up and down the steep stairs several times per day. Asked if we could change rooms but got a no. Also, on the back of our room was a construction site. They didnt work there during high season, but it looked terrible.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The communication before our arrival was helpful, and they arranged a free pick up on motorbike for us from Pattaya beach. ~ We arrived at the back entrance of the hotel and were a little concerned as there is a lot of building and renovation work going on, but we were escorted down the stairs towards the beach and no noise could be heard. We opted for a garden view room, which was set just behind the beach front, and was quiet and private. Staff were friendly and helpful thoughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful! Great selection on offer. Room was clean, comfortable and had an indoor and outdoor shower which was really nice. Pool with pool bar was wonderful too. Plenty of sunloungers available on the beach. Price was a little more than we would usually spend on a hotel stay, however it was worth every ringgit! Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

clean, modern, new hotel.not many new hotels with swimm up bar on sunrise beach. positives: good location, very spacious room,nice balcony, nice pool, pool bar, negatives: loads of stairs up to the room( obvs not if u pay for beach front) , room-no hangers/hooks, bad design for the shower/sink, tho its had a couch on the balcony n in the room-both not confortable, the lights by the bed can be both on or both off, so that can be a negative.. poor breakfast-the only thing the make nice is eggs, so i guess thats the main thing. not enough sun beds when busy , food in the restuarnat-just ok,to expensive for what it is,really worth walking few mins for great restaurants n bars! overall nice resort, but just becose at the mom thers not much competition, id say when they finnsih building and get more experience this will be great. :)

On arrival you can see the hotel still has construction everywhere. It was not causing any noise but visually unpleasant. The hotel is located at the very end of the beach. The sand is not as fine as the middle part of the beach. Room was okay but cleaner had forgotten to grab a used plate (welcome cake from the hotel) so we had ants in the room after a day of snorkelling... Bedding was damp so the sleep was not very good. Restaurant is overpriced because it charges 10% service AND 7% VAT which we never have elsewhere in our trip! Food was ok but considering how much we paid it really didn't worth it. We can feel what style/atmosphere the hotel is trying to create but it is not ready in almost every aspect if you look into the details.

Staffs are very helpful and courteous. Restaurant for the breakfast is open air with the ceiling so really enjoyable the nice breeze and the food. I had some issue with the bathroom but they take a very action to accommodate my request. I’d love to visit again for the next holiday.

Probably one of the nicest luxury resorts on the island. The rooms and location have more potential though. With some quick fixes the rooms can be made up to date again, and from there on it’s maintenance (calcium deposits clogging the shower heads, torn lamp shades, curtains rails hanging loose). Details which make a big difference when entering the higher price range. The staff took our complaint seriously and acted within their powers to make our stay pleasant. The swimming pool is nice and the beach is only 20 meters away. A hotel taxi boat comes to pick you up at Pattaya beach (high season) and drops you off at the hotel. This is good as the journey over the island’s roads aren’t half as nice. The staff is really helpful and carries the luggage from the beach to the room. Breakfast is good and has quite a few options, unfortunately some of the warm food is served either cold or lukewarm. The fresh juices are tasty and the homemade yoghurt is nice as well.

We really liked staying here. The hotel was clean and close to everything (then again, the whole island is tiny so everything is close). Lovely beach next to crystal clear waters and a decent free breakfast. I'm 90% sure we booked the jungle room suites; if you book here, be sure to see if you can get closer to the pool/beach. Our room was a bit of a walk (5m) to the pool with many stairs and it was extremely slippery when it rained. We were also close to the new construction which wasn't ideal- luckily we were up early enough the noise didn't bother us, but if you like to sleep in, maybe ask for a room away from the noise. The power shuts off for about 5m twice a day when they switch generators, but we were gone for most of the times that happened. We also had one night when it was only brown gross water coming out of the skin; turns out they switched pipes of something in the middle of the night and it took a while to fix. Not a big deal, especially when you remember you're on an island and it's a super small area, but something to watch out for. It did seem like this place was the more modern from other hotels. The staff was also very kind and helpful and they offer free pick up and drop off from the boats.
