The room was good. The beach was excellent and the food too

It’s our first time on the island and I did a lot of research and found this hotel the best in our price range. I loved almost everything except the shower situation. Turning on the small shower was a bit of a pain, as soon as you turned the water on it would go everywhere! One thing I found really annoyed and dangerous as the floor was very slippery. I understand I’m not the tallest person but the shower head was most annoying thing I found overall. Wasting a lot of small towels to clean all the water off the floor. Breakfast was ok Drinks ok There another hotel down the beach on the left call coast away, the cocktails are amazing! And happy hour is even better. Overall I’d definitely come back The beach is beautiful thankfully they do not have lots of long boat out side on their side of the beach. The sea is incredible! Even though I did get bitten by a fish! Yes you’re reading it right. Another person staying at the hotel also got bitten. Just be careful. Koh Lipe is a beautiful island and so is this hotel Not great if you’re disabled or unable to do a lot of stairs.

Fantastic hotel! The view from the room is splendid and hotel staff are greatly helpful. The beach iin front of the hotel is so beautiful with white sand. We can walk to Main Street called by “Walking Street” in 5 min and it’s very convenient to enjoy lunch, dinner and shopping. We will return this hotel again.

Was extremely grateful that the hotel granted us with a 1 day delay in arrival without penalty due to a flight delay. The hotel has so much potential waiting to be unleashed. I am writing this as I sincerely hope to see Idyllic's potential maximised. Amazing seaview, beautiful hotel facade, proximity to nice corals, free kayak for hotel guests, spacious rooms are great plus points. Everyone was hospitable especially "Boom" who was featured as the fire dance performer in the hotel video. He chatted briefly with us, telling us where we can go and recommened drinks at the hotel bar. However, the upkeeping of the hotel requires continuous effort. It needs to come from the top. While the rooms are nicely appointed and designed, they arent properly maintained and my I-comfy which cost approx SGD$260/night after tax looking tired. There were dark mould on the sealant of sink, edges of bathroom floor, rust on shower head holder, rusty sink stopper, signs of leaks that might have been fixed but not painted over etc. We were there for 4 days 3 nights and perhaps their hotel GM needs to walk the grounds more often to find out about their stay. A personalised welcome note and drink would have been nice touch points if it has aspiration to be one of the top hotel in Koh Lipe.

This resort could be really great, and probably will be, once it’s totally completed. There was a lot of construction going on around the property, which was a little messy and loud. They seem to focus a lot on the look of the resort, rather than the functionality. For example, the shower sprays all over the bathroom when you use it. I also fell down on one of the decks because it was wet, so i recommend finding flooring with a little more traction. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the beach front was beautiful.

My hubby and I stayed at Idyllic Concept for 1 night... our stay was extremely last minute having booked the ferry to koh lipe the day before. We were unexpectantly welcomed at the docking point on the beach and assised to the hotel by a fun motorbike with sidecar. We were greated with a friendly smile and cool drink on arrival and proceeded to what can only be described as an amazing beachfront location. Everything was beautiful!!! from the amazing villa, breakfast, beachfront ocation with snorkelling. they even helped us change our ferry ticket so we could stay longer. loved Koh Lipe and Idyllic Concept and we will be back!!

highly recommended this property. room is clearn. friendly stuff. location is by the beach. walking distance to main street. Variety of breakfast, also different menue for 3 days at least. they will offer seafood buffet about every other day. you will enjoy staying at this hotel while feeling kho lipe

Overpriced. Water from shower leaks to toilet and has stagnant smells when tried spray clean it.

Lovely hotel in a chalet overlooking the beach. Paradise! There are building works away from the beach which did not disturb me but could affect others. People with mobility problems may have difficulties. Also decking around the pool constantly covered in puddles. Can be very slippy. Lovely, helpful staff especially Von. Gorgeous food. One of the best chefs ever! Lovely breakfasts. Only problem no food after 9.30pm when everything closes. Still a great holiday.
