Good breakfast, comfortable room, bad bathroom

Representative @ front were very professional but there was no pool or gym basically the hotel looks like it was under construction on the outside

Property is run down and dirty. I tried to get a refund and book somewhere else but it was too late and I couldn't get a refund.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great but bed was worn out and building was run down.

We feel like we were tricked. The workout facilities have been broken for a year. Broken pool, broken ice machines. The bed is horrible, it has a big hole in it. These are the reasons why we came to this hotel. I wish someone would have let us know that the hotel was run down, we would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed 😞. We feel like we should be compensated due to the current conditions.

The bathroom was dirty and old. The room was not maintained and the breakfast was nasty. The building is old and falling apart.

Our stay was ok. Facility is showing its age.

Found a cockroach in the room. Room/bathroom needs repairs/updating. Pretty outdated.

Staff very friendly, overall not a bad stay.
