Poorly staffed.

The employees was very nice and very helpful

Front desk was kind and professional. Rooms were clean. This is our second time staying here. The first stay the ac made this LOUD noise whenever it was on. But we dealt with it. The second stay a much quieter ac but the tv only showed in blue. Every channel. Other than that pretty decent hotel.

The room was much nicer than expected, especially for the price. Staff was friendly enough. Provided breakfast was certainly adequate. Had expected there to be dining options next door but the restaurant was closed so we had to take a 5 minute drive for a sit down dinner. Bathroom needs some maintenance (rocking toilet), but otherwise clean and more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Inexpensive…you get what you pay for.

I checked in late and left very early in the morning my first night there. When I returned I noticed This hotel was filthy. There was a 1’ diameter hole worn in the carpet. The room had fresh towels but was not cleaned nor the coffee restocked. The lotion on the tray had been used prior to me, and returned to the tray. On my last day there were cockroaches on the wall in my room. The Staff at check in were very pleasant.

Property is very old, rooms are old and not well kept. Pool and gym are closed.

I would not recommend staying here. The outside of the building is dirty . The building needs to be pressure washed. I had to switch to four different because the rooms were dirty . The fourth room I settled for still had a dirty shower and a running broken toilet that was still usable. The gym and pool was down. The staff was unprofessional. I would never stay here again .

Place needs renovating. Stale smell all around tv remotes felt dirty. Bed was ok no pool no fitness room no ice machines. If I had known that prior to booking I would have went elsewhere

The front desk man, Ivy, was so helpful! He even printed out a Tampa Bay Downs racing form for me!
