Staff was friendly

The hotel was in terrible condition. It had not been upkept at all. Everything from when you walked in the lobby to the hallways to the rooms were falling apart. The blankets and sheets were disgusting. There were stains in the toilet and shower. The pool was closed. Breakfast was old and sour. Would not recommend to anyone. The hallways smelled of marajuana the entire trip.

:[ I wished the phone worked, was unable to call front desk from our 4th floor room. Tub faucet dripped constantly. :) Staff was nice enough, helpful, room was clean.

Dirty room. Old uncomfortable bed.

Hallways smell very musky, meldew, mold smell. No made service came in at all during stay.

Lazy staff. They put all of their 5 customers on top of each other. They only needed 5 rooms and still room wasnt ready until 3pm. I asked not to be near elevator and on a high floor. Got 2nd floor around the corner from elevator. The check in guy just went with what was already assigned. I would have complained but i could tell it was like arguing with an *ss. The floor betweeh bed and wall was soaked. Hot water ran out in a minute. Noise from ceiling creaking from people walking above. Dirty linen. Gaps in doors. Etc. Front of hotel looks like it was sprayed with dirt. No way this place is an 8.

Microwave didn’t work and the front entrance was leaking water all over the place. You will get wet as soon as you walk in.

Property was nice and clean, great breakfast, and I hope for the next time the pool is ready because is inside the hotel

Rooms need to be maintained better as far as carpet and air con leaks

Very comfortable rooms and comfortable beds.
