Staff was horrible, our room had many issues. Lots of bugs

Recomendadisimo, la ubicación es perfecta, todo el hotel es muy limpio, el personal muy amable. A mi hijo le encantó el desayuno.

No me gustó q no tuviese parqueo para las personas q se alojan en el hotel y este es un cobro extra.

Por que no fue el hotel que reserve faltando unas horas me cambiaron sin ninguna explicación de muy mal que bo me informaran solo hubiera cancelado y ya

The rooms around us were a bit noisy on Friday & Saturday night.

As a Marriott Rewards member, I choose Marriott brand hotels because of the wonderful customer service I typically get at each hotel. The evening we were trying to check in, this hotel had a major issue with their valet workers leaving the job without knowledge of the front desk. This is a major problem, because valet parking is the ONLY option for guests. We had to drive around the hotel for nearly an hour and then had to park two blocks away and carry all of our luggage and things the two blocks back. The checking in process took us nearly two and a half hours. I asked to speak with management. The front desk person said he would leave a message for Raven, the Asst. General Manager and that we could expect to hear from her the next morning. No call, no text, no note… nothing. When we got back to the hotel the next night, we asked the front desk person to please make sure she contacts us. He assured us that he would and that we should expect a call the next morning. Again… we were ignored. There were other issues we had with the hotel. However, for us, it starts and finishes with the customer service. The assistant general manager at this hotel did not seem to care about her guests. There are tons of hotels around the Riverwalk in San Antonio from which to choose. No need to choose this one and get ignored by the management.

Good location to walk to close by bars

Everything is OK, except the valet parking do you need more worker, especially because you charge $50 a day.
