Good till the black female bomb out

The black female bald with yellow hair came to the restroom public one knocked like crazy super hard and yelled at me and told me get out that we have our own restroom I understand that but my friend was using our restroom and I had to used it too so I walk outside and try get some deep breaths I have seizures and I start feeling bad whenever she knocked and told me that and when I saw her looking at me from the window I thought look like wanna call police or something so I went back inside to our room and cry having more seizures then I did so I checkout that next morning and check to another another in Houston

Excellent customer service but the room smell so bad

The staff was friendly and met our specific needs but the Inn had cockroaches in the lobby and one in our bathroom. The sheets were clean but badly stained and the carpets in our room had large stain spots all over them.

The staff were attentive and professional, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel itself could use some improvements: there was a noticeable smell in the hallway, the bathroom ventilation didn’t seem to work, and the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic.
