The room is a . The lobby is being remodeled, but it hasn’t affected us except for having to walk past the construction curtain on the way to the elevator. We will not complain. No big deal.

It was a pleasant stay. They are in the process of renovating, but did their best to make guests comfortable. Once they have completed the renovation, it will be a great place to stay!

Staff went above and beyond. Clean! Reasonably priced. Aside from construction, only thing that wasn't perfect was the sound. Could hear people coming & going in the halls.

Pros: clean, comfortable beds, plenty of USB and electrical outlets. The breakfast was filling and enjoyed the pancake maker Cons: heater smelt of burning so bad when on. The shower only got warm never hotter than that. The bathroom had no vent system and the vanity mirror light was so blinding. We were excited for the pool and hot tun only to find out the hot tub was broken and the pool was not heated and so freezing.

I think HIE has been doing major room upgrades at this location (there’s lots of construction debris and materials around the site). We loved the new decor - clean lines, spacious and comfortable. It has a chaise! The bed and linens are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. I appreciate that they’ve put in a shower stall (no tub, so much safer) and eco-friendly large bottles. And most appreciated - king pillows on a king bed - thank you. Breakfast was also good- lots of choices. Definitely a great place to stay.
