This hotel is in the process of being renovated, but the rooms are already done and they are very nice and at the moment everything else is still good too. The breakfast was great and the attendant was very sweet and on top of it. The manager really cares about making sure guests are well taken care of and it shows. We stayed in downtown Ft. Worth and Wichita Falls on this trip and this hotel in Brownfield was the nicest stay of the whole trip. I definitely recommend it when you're in west Texas.

Deal clerk was very helpful. The Expedia agent in revising the reservation was beyond excellent, a young lady whose name started with a C and the name was unusual. I did not get the name completely but she spent over an hour intermittently trying to communicate with the Holiday Inn. In Brownfield.

Only problem I had was the key cards. When inserting the key card in the slot to the room it took forever to unlock the door. After about 5 to 6 times it would unlock. Same went for the swimming pool.

Nice location, hotel was clean friendly and safe. Pool was working but spa wasn't. They were doing remodeling. Remodeling didn't effect our night stay. I would stay here again

Probably is being updated. Vast improvement from the last time we stayed there. Room was very nicely upgraded with new cabinets, carpet, tiles and paint. Check in was very fast and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the staff working there were excellent. We did have one issue with the cleaning crew. We got a loud knocking on the room door at around 730 am. We thought it might me a child that had the wrong room. Next thing we know the door is being unlocked and the cleaning staff was trying to enter, we are still in bed! If it hadn’t have been for the safety bar on the door she would have been in the room. All she said after all this is breakfast ends at 930 and close the door. No apology or anything.
