"Never again steal from you and are not honest"

Easy to find

People at front desk can’t be trusted. Told different things by 3 different people. Cost went from $80 to my card getting charged $211. When spoke to them about it the woman was rude and told me that even though i booked the room for a Thursday night since I checked in at 2am on Friday morning and checked out at 8am on Friday morning total of 6 hours. I get the Friday rate instead of Thursday rate even though check in for Friday isn’t until 3pm

Our tub was broken (clogged up) from previous guest and whek we tried ro get a new room or the tub fixed the lady at front desk downgraded us to a torn up one bedroom room (small cracks in walls, broken light, smoke detector hanging from ceiling) instead of finding something equivalent

This property is disgusting. The hot tub is green, they only clean the spots you can see. Pee stain on couch mattress. Also build u of hair and god knows what around the bathroom floors.
