Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock Southwest – Wolfforth by IHG

We understand that the hotel was hit by a hail storm last week. Unfortunate to us was the fact that while we received repeated emails in advance of our stay, none alerted us to the fact that the pool was closed. We would have appreciated knowing that fact in advance of our arrival. In addition the tile floor in the bathroom had loose tiles and needed new glue and grout.

Friendly staff and it's close to where we needed to be.

Clean and comfortable nice location.

It had some hail damage to the hotel so they had to change me rooms is understandable. The room we got move to was a downgrade and cheaper than the one I booked they told me at front desk they could no refund me some of the difference in the rooms because I prepaid also never offered anything to fix it..

Nice hotel, greet location and plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty decent. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, tea, yogurt, muffins etc. My only complaint ..the toilet was dirty around the bottom on both sides.

Too much late night traffic people walking around the halls yelling & slamming doors.

Didn't like the fact that u needed to pay 50 dollars deposite fee because no one said this was going to be charged to my card, of course I would get it back in a week or so.

Friendly service, nice room, quiet, not so many little lights in the room. I'm light sensitive when I sleep and I don't like all the extra lights. The whole place felt good.

We didn't eat breakfast. I like to eat organic and not artificial food. No hotel serves chemical free, non-GMO foods. So we don't eat the breakfast.

Nice Holiday Inn Express, affordable, employees competent in their work.
