"Budget Hotel, fantastic staff, great location"

Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel manager is fantastic, will organise driver/car for the day, recommend places to eat, opticians, tailor, chemist... anything you could possibly need. Do not exchange at the airport - Hotel will give you a great exchange rate.

"We liked it"

Stayed at grand park inn hotel for two days last month with close friends and relatives to attend some marriage function near by. Very awesome stay and hospitality is also up to mark. Will definatly recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

"Me and my family liked it"

Me and my family booked two rooms in this hotel and it was a joyful experience for us. Hotel helped to arrange a pick-up for us from airport which was hassle free. The room was already prepared for us and the check-in was very quick. We requested for rooms at ground floor to make it comfortable for my old parents, the staff went out of the way to help us. This explains customer service.

"Helpful staff, lovely hotel"

We booked this hotel the night before we arrived in Delhi and were delighted when we got there. The staff at the front desk are SO helpful and even gave us an info sheet on the hotel and basic things about Delhi, as well as a 'cheat sheet' on some words to use in Hindi. The helpfulness of the staff made our stay really fantastic, and they went above and beyond the usual service one would usually expect from a hotel. The room itself was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice bonus for our stay. The hotel is located in a nice area which is close to Old Delhi and many of the attractions we wanted to see.

"Great Value for Money!!!"

The Hotel was very clean. It was cleaned several times a day. The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, fully air conditioned room. It is located in a busy street in the heart of New Delhi. It was good value for money.
