Hotel Grand Park Inn

This was the second time I stayed here - I work occasionally for two-three week periods in central Delhi. It's a convenient location to hop on the metro at the nearest station (Jhandewalan). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are typical for Delhi and are clean and spacious. I'd stay here again.

In the heart of Delhi, you wonder what has hit you as the streets are covered with rubbish/garbage, but the Hotel is extremely clean, Staff go out of their way to help you. Little restaurant has good food. Nothing fancy but comfortable as we were gone all day sight seeing. Need the air conditioner on or hot water just call the Lobby and it is put on.

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. The area was not the best by far but only 5 minute walk to the nearest train station

the hotel inside was very clean and tidy. Hot water was on tap whenever required. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. All in all we had a happy stay. The area outside was a bit of a let down. But the hotel was based near market area. everything was within walking distance. The metro was nearby so it wasnt too much effort to get to other places. The manager helped us arrange our tour very well. He made everthing effortless. Thanks to all and we would definitely stay there again

Hotel was very good, and with breakfast and wifi included in the very reasonable price, it is highly recommended. Good location, easy to find for tuktuk drivers with directions written on the hotel card in both english and hindi. Only minor complaint was we only had one usable plug in our room (aside from ones already used by tv etc).

There were many men hanging around the stairwells. I am sure they were all staff and perfectly harmless but it made me a bit uncomfortable. Our third floor room was a bit noisy from the restaurant above but otherwise was pretty quiet for an Indian hotel. The hotel was in an ok location.

1. The Internet speed was very low . 2. There is no FREE airport drop . But this problem is with Expedia site and not hotel site . 3. Expedia should review what they mention on their website for most 2-3 star hotels as they do not provide any free pick up or drop ( except some very near to airport ) 3. Breakfast complementary but north Indian as ordered ,( not buffet style ) . OK for me but others may note this.

Overall I was happy with my experience at Hotel Grand Park-Inn. The room and bathroom were clean. The floor plan was good - nothing was too close together. The bed was very comfortable, the best I've had in Indian hotels. And the TV was great - a large flat screen and every channel was available. However, don't bother booking the room with breakfast included. The food was below average. Wifi was good - but pictures take forever to upload. This hotel is pricey for what it is. I definitely think I paid too much - half what I paid would be much more appropriate.

Hotel was ok, good location for getting around, although the actual location was a bit grim. Hotel was reasonable, had clean enough rooms and food was ok. I would stay again, I think.

Staff was great. Hot water would help. WiFi very inconsistent, but that was true all over India. Rooms were clean. In the middle of a great, busy, noisy market district. No central heat, order a heater early as they run out. Would stay again just for the staff, they really tried.The location was really cool if you want to have an in-country experience.
