The hotel was very clean. The staff was great, pleasant and friendly. The kitchen stsff was also great. Enjoyed my stsy.

Our stay was perfect! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccably clean rooms and amazing amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!

Nice hotel from the lobby to the outside. Rooms were outdated, carpets to room were gross.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not open all weekend that I was there. And it didn’t say on the website either it wasok

The person who checked us in was outstanding and extraordinary, however Sophia and Rowan we're disrespectful, rude, and overall intolerable. In my lifetime, no one has ever disrespected my wife, and these 2 both managed to do that very thing the same very night that they told us that we were evicted and to just leave, get out. Never have I ever even stood for a moment of somebody disrespecting my wife. The nerve, i do, in fact, plan on writing a letter.

I am a silver star Hilton member. I found the room nice but the staff was very uninviting unavailable and uncooperative. I went down to get a cart for my clothing and there was only one card that was broken. I asked the staff member who said they have four carts for the whole hotel. The card I had was broken. I asked her to extend our stay an hour and she said no Late checkout. That was it! I would think at Hilton they would be willing to call my room to let me know a cart was available and even save it for me, but nothing was offered at all. In addition to that, a staff member knocked on my door at 10:30 and was told “wait a minute” and they walked right in. Check out time is not till 11. I’m graciously rating this Hotel at two stars because the room was nice. Hilton needs to retrain this front office staff because I talked to two people downstairs and they need to realize that the customer is their business and it seemed like I was getting in their way. Probably not the way Hilton wants to make their customers feel
