"BED BUGS!!"

BED BUGS!!! I left this hotel with bed bug bites on my body. I know they were bed bugs from all of the research I did after. I showed the bites to the hotel in person at the hotel, then sent pictures to the manager and the Hyatt corporate office. Supposedly, a pest control company came in and the hotel claims that there are not bed bugs in the room. The research I did indicates that if it is a new infestation, they may not be visible. But my bites certainly are!! And since they said there were none, that means they didn’t treat the room before giving it to someone else. I also was denied a full refund. As a Speech Pathologist who attends conferences in the area, and an AAU basketball mom who frequents tournaments there, I am appalled that a the Hyatt corporation would let this happen. Just wanted to warn anyone thinking of staying there (or any Hyatt for that matter) to beware of the terrible customer service and more importantly, bed bugs!!

"Old ghetto feeling hotel"

For a Hyatt, this old hotel should have been upgraded far better than it currently is especially in the Roseville area. Everything in this room screamed old and very much outdated. Expected so much more for a Roseville hotel but got a Stockton CA motel 6 experience.

Close to Thunder Valley Casino for which I was at a concert for

The beds were not comfortable, extremely firm mattress. The tv location for the 2 queen bed room was awkward, if you use the bed on the far side near the window tv view would be difficult.

"Beware of Mustafa at front desk"

Mustafa at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. I have never been talked down to by someone in the hotel business, and was treated terribly, informed corporate so hopefully they take it serious. Everything else is pretty much fantastic, we loved the room and the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing breakfast bar!!! Hot fresh coffee, and daily hot or cold breakfast. Tons of options. If they get new nice staff it would be a solid 10/10 but due to Mustafa I would give my stay 01/10 based on a horrendous customer service…
