"Quality and cleanliness lacking."

We have stayed here 3 times for 7-8 days each visit. Unfortunately, this one will be our last. The reasons are: Public areas are not clean. Examples include elevators, elevator lobby, restaurant and main lobby. At first glance, it's okay but when you sit and look around, the tables, floors and surfaces are not clean. Maintenance Items found in the room on each visit and took days to fix or not fixed. Here is a list from memory. Auto on/off light in bathroom physically broken. Would only turn on 1 out of 5 times. Toilet not working well. Very low water level and low flush. No shower Gell in squirt bottle. Room was obviously sprayed with an air freshener prior to us occupying. It was over done and not subtle. Breakfast buffet was average but seriously needs a few different dishes day to day. They do switch. it up but, I think it's out of 2 or 3 main dishes at most. Tea bags provided but frequently run out of the most common, English Breakfast Tea. The hotel gets busy with wedding accommodations as there is an active and popular wedding venue 100 yards away. Weddings are not happening midweek and weekends so, expect the hotel busy with 1 nighters and higher nightly rates than the hotel is worth. Rooms are generally getting old and beat up. Needs a refresh soon. The good - Staff seem good, nice, professional. The whole hotel needs two things to get it back in the rankings: 1) Deep clean all areas 2) A better plan and staff to maintain cleanliness in public areas. 3) Better quality control and responsive maintenance staff. Issues should be found when Q/A'ing the room not found by customers.

"Great lodging option in Roseville"

Nicely maintained property in good location. Everything is in good condition. Staff is personable and I appreciate that the bar is open late with food and beverage options, as well as 24/7 food and drinks in lobby. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking onsite.

Loved the experience of staying in this hotel. They have the best hot tub and clean and heated swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. Definitely recommend this for families traveling with children.
