Location and accessibility from the free-way. Accommodating staff.

For a newly renovated place, our bathroom door won’t close and our refrigerator was not working. Informed the staff and they were willing to move us/me to another room, but I already unpacked and set everything for my grand baby. Not a big deal but staff and management need to pay more attention to necessary details.

No use todas las facilidades pero lo que use estaba muy bien.

They allowed us to have a late night meetinig at the Breakfast room.

The breakfast was poor. Bagels were very hard. It was good if you have a open toaster.

Property was nice and clean easy to find

The breakfast was not what we expected… we thought it should’ve been more variety

Only thing I liked about my stay was the location

I didn't like the fact that they did not tell me anything about a "security deposit" nor was it stated anywhere on the site that it was mandatory. Was not aware till day of checking in at the front office. I paid in cash and they conveniently forgot to give me my change back. Paid 8 dollars for water and a soda. Highly overpriced. I get to room and noticed No towels were provided at all. Upon checkout I had to ask for my deposit back as they didn't "remember" to give it back. If it's routinely i shouldn't have had to ask about it. Also noticed on their "deposit book" that I was the only one on there and nobody wrote after me so not sure how routine it actually is but they really should put that "required deposit" notice somewhere.

I did not have breakfast... The phone innthe room sis not work, the curtains did not provided proper protection from light coming through

Room was great, looked brand new and clean. Lots of construction going on around this area and most likely why the pricing is lowered than other areas. Only real complaint is the lack of options for breakfast.
