"Good value for a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel"

The stay and the continental breakfast was exactly what we wanted: excellent coffee, boiled egg, and hot & cold cereals. We didn’t eat the yogurt, juices, or breads but they were all available. The room had a full length mirror and it was a spacious room. Everything was spotless. Every employee had a smile and a greeting for us

It would have been nice to have two lounge chairs but there was a cushy ottoman so it was okay for both of us to have a place to sit.

The Room was great. It had lots of room and was very comfortable. The microwave was the cheapest model they could buy, thare was no coffee pot in the room, had to ask the desk for an ice bucket, the fridge was one of those that just kept thangs cold but had no freeze capability to freeze our ice packs. Road construction forced us to drive 3 miles to get around the road closure to get to the hotel.

The hotel wouldn't let me check in, saying that the payment from Expedia wouldn't go through. But I checked Expedia charged my credit card successfully. Then, the hotel cancelled the reservation and asked me to book the hotel room directly. I did, but the Expedia now wouldn't do a refund. I paid the Expedia, then paid the hotel directly for the same room the same night. The hotel said that they couldn't get payment from Expedia but when I asked Expedia to issue a refund, Expedia refused. Expedia customer service email was a mess, as a different rep replied to my email without any contexts and I had to repeat my case but nobody understood my story!!!! Terrible, horrible, hopeless, angry!!!
