"BEWARE!!! Worst motel on this side of Beaumont"

Wish I could rate this place 0 out of 5. The staff are useless and rude, from the house keepers to the people at the front desk. The fire alarm goes off through the morning, afternoon, and night because of the ghetto low lives that smoke weed in their rooms and DON'T get KICKED OUT and just get away with it. The rooms are filled with roaches and mold. The beds are dirty with bed sheets that were obviously used by previous guests an NOT changed; not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting. Tollets with urine all over the Tollet seat and the rim of the bowl and the sink filled with dried tooth paste and human hair in the sink and the drain in the shower. Lastly, if you stay here, you run the risk of getting a room with a broken AC or AC that leaks water all of floor that ends up in font your bed by the morning. Then having the pleasure of having to BEG the bums at the front desk to put you in a room with a AC with no problems, that works. If your ghetto trash or homeless, this place is right up your alleyway.

"Bad"

The smell was gross both, the hall way and the room. Phone didn't work. No remote control for the TV. No ice. Floor in bathroom was raised and uneven and smell molded.

The room smelled like a sewer. We were guessing that it was animal pee more then likely. Wore shoes the entire time in the room. Bedding didnt look very clean/worn. We felt dirty just staying in the room. I would pay more to stay anywhere else. Horrible conditions.

DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING AT ALL, IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE WITH LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY!!

Bathroom sink was clogged had water everywhere, towels were stained and dirty had to go purchase clean towels, room smelled very moldy..When I asked for more towels they handed me some balled up towels not folded or anything!
