Location was decent.

From the last time we stayed this placed has went down. Staff is friendly. The elevator stopped working. So the manager moved us to a room downstairs that hadn’t been cleaned in a while there were Cobb webs. Room was musty. Finally we were able to move into our original room. The desk was broken no chair towels were dirty the hallway smell like weed. Room was also musty. The shower head was coming from the top ceiling in the shower, which was an inconvenient for kids. Not to mention that the second floor smelled like strong piss.

It was kept very clean

I love the manager she goes above and beyond.

I would NEVER recommend this dump. The staff is rude, never available and they look unkept themselves. There’s people hanging in the lobby/hall areas all hours of the night. Bugs in the rooms/bathrooms. I cancelled and I want my money back. I stayed for 4 hours bc I had to while making other plans…0/10 would not recommend

I didn’t like that my room smelled like a wet dog

Price and location

Microwave and refrigerator in room had no plugs to be able to use them. They had been cut off. Noisy but I ok

They accommodated us with a different room after giving us a room with broken water faucet, no TV remote, and dead roaches in the corner by the door.

There’s construction for the highway in front of the entrance. Somebody was smoking in their room and the fire alarm went off at 10pm AND at 5:38am.

Would not recommend even for a couple hours of sleep. When people in the halls started to settle down the fire alarms would go off. I may have gotten 2 hours of sleep that night. No water pressure and roaches in the shower. It has turned into a shelter for addicts
