餐厅很好，早餐和晚餐的品质都非常不错，酒店距离旧轻井泽商店街很近

房间很宽敞，但是布局摆放很不满意，尤其是电视，本身尺寸就不大，躺在床上更是画面都看不清楚，房间装修风格陈旧，感觉很阴暗，空调不能开启除湿一直都黏糊糊的，酒店没有洗衣房，想洗衣服需要入住多晚才行

両親との家族旅行で利用しました。高齢の両親には客室も1階、食事で利用するレストランも1階と移動がとても楽と言ってました。食事が思っていた以上にどれも美味しく、また盛り付け方も素敵で、大満足でした。ベッドも清潔で肌ざわりよく、ぐっすり眠る事ができました。好評の口コミ通りでまた利用したいとみんなで話をしてます。
