とても清潔感があるホテルでした。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。 冷蔵庫に冷凍庫が無く周辺にコンビニもありませんので、夜中に氷が調達出来ない点はハイボール好きにとって注意が必要です。

フロントの対応、非常に良かった。また、中庭に出れる部屋で最高に良かったです。大浴場は整備はされてましたが、使用した後の掃除が行き届いてなかった気がします。そして、サウナは設備的にきれいでしたが、サウナ好きとしては水風呂がないのが非常に残念。1番の問題点はレストランラウンジでの食事、美味しくはなかったかな、理由として、フライドポテトは非常に油濃かったし、食事全体的に油っこかった。味付けも少し雑な感じがした。朝食もオムレツが塩がきつく口には合わなかった。清掃員の挨拶はあったが、ブライダルのスタッフとかフロアサービスの従業員の挨拶がないことが残念でした。それ以外は非常に良かったと思います。

"fine, but there are better hotels in the Karuizawa area."

Food was nice, location was very good, room was perfectly adequate.

Service levels were inconsistent. Some staff were lovely, others looked uninterested and displayed poor manners. It unfortunately affected the overall experience.
