The price was too high for the private pool attached room. The pool was very dirty and unsafe for kids.

Beautiful atmosphere and amenities

Could be better maintained. Rooms could have some good sofa or couch. If been with kids, bed seems congested.

my journey was short and i can spend only two days.

After almost half a day of having a bad experience in a villa which cant even be given 2 star rating, the management actually did some maintenence work on the nearby villa and put us there for the remaining of our stay which was pleasant. They also gave us a complimentary meal as a sorry which was nice of them. The food there was excellent, especially all the meat dishes. Overall, the property is actually beautiful and has a lot of potential to be 5 star. But I guess sometimes they just stoop below 2 stars due to shoddy maintenence work or maybe some kind of negligence from the properties head of management

Took the jacuzzi villa and faced the following problems: [ ] Swimming pool not functional, came here to swim [ ] Jacuzzi water and spouts was not clean [ ] Too much moss in the filters and spouts [ ] Jacuzzi floor Tiles chipping which can cause cuts [ ] Almost no water pressure in hand shower [ ] No lighting in the shower area [ ] Sliding door stopper broken [ ] Shower blinds rope string not in alignment and broken [ ] Dusty bedside lamp [ ] No latch for any of the doors [ ] Room Entrance door lock is very confusing and inconvenient from usual locks and no one explains it unless asked
