It was clean, stuff was friendly. I was impressed by automatically arranged checkin. Good breakfast. I was worried if it gonna be noisy because a big group of loud young men also settled there. But it was calm good night

Location

There Booking.com messages are already messaging about Check Out when I'm just about to Check In- needs ro be checked and controlled. Also support through Booking.com is as good as nothing. For a known Warm Day, they haven't provided solution for a warm room- as if the staff would let us sweat, we have to go down multiple times to get a Fan

Cleanliness is pretty good, the staff is great and they're there 24/7 which is awesome.

The heat. There has to be something to aid with the weather. Obviously you can't expect ACs with the pricing but at least a fan?

The location was not too bad. It was a bit outside the city but wasnt very far. Rooms and ensuite bathrooms were clean

The reception service is poor. I had to wait for over 40mins to get checked in. Because of the long i tried to self check in. After all the info provided the key wouldnt activate, it had to be done manually. I wasnt provided with any duvet or pillow cover or bedsheet either. The usb ports aent the best either
