Konumu güzeldi.

Check-in saatinden bir saat sonra gitmemize rağmen yukarı çıktığımızda bize verilen odanın hala hazır olmadığını gördük. Bir önceki misafirlerin çarşaf ve havluları hala yerlerdeydi. Odanın hazır olmadığını söylediğimizde 15 dakika içinde hazırlanacağı söylendi. 30 dakika sonra sorduğumuzda hazır dendi ama sadece yatakların üstüne nevresimsiz yorganlar yerleştirilmişti. Ranzalarda ise çarşaf bile yoktu, top yapılmış yatağın üstüne bırakılmıştı. Resepsiyona belirttiğimizde oda değişikliği sağlandı ama gittiğimiz odada da durum aynıydı.

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zu Frieden. Nur würden Fragen die in deutsch gestellt wurden ,immer in Englisch beantwortet mit einer Zeitverzögerung von mehr als 24 Std.

Die Gänge haben sehr muffig gerochen

Lage war okay

Keine Lüftung keine Klima Zimmer war sehr heiß und nicht auszuhalten

Where do I begin.. I booked this place over another with a better location because it looked nicer which is hilarious to me in hindsight. 1st night I check in, lay out all my things on my bed, go out for the day then come back to find it had all been moved off the bed. Think maybe just a weird hostel mate so I just put my stuff back & go back out again, come back & its all moved again & someones in my bed. I confront him, turns out they double booked my bed & instead of the staff suggesting they did something wrong they just told the person to move my stuff because they assumed that it was just left there from the last person & didnt bother to check if someone had already checked in before & maybe they had made a mistake. So I go back to reception, the lady seems completely baffled at the concept there are now no beds in the room theyve booked me in but after some phone calls & her doing her best she settled on moving me to a new room for just one night then I'm to move back into the original room. So I pack all my things back up & move to the new room, spread all my things out & decide to sleep in after a stressful first day, low & behold I'm informed that the entire room was checking out that day & I need to pack up all my things again & check out with them, back down to reception, my bed still isn't ready in the old room so I have to leave my luggage at reception again & go out for the day. Check back into my room, looks like all I've been given is a pillow & quilt, no mattress/pillow protector or towel like the last room i was in but whatever,its hot, if they want sweat stains on their pillows & mattress that's on them.
