Buffet has poor quality. No cold drinks. Always asking for spoons and glasses since they are not available. Very few people can speak English. Most of the guests are French. They never replied to my emails and messages previous to my arrival. Booking should urge them to do it. Poor gym at the Spa area Wifi is not fully reliable

Le personnel est adorable est très souriant mais malheureusement les équipements sont très anciens le porte serviette va bientôt tomber il tiens à peine avec deux vises , la nourriture zéro pointé , première fois à Djerba et je suis très déçu

Very nice hotel (moneywise), good food, beautiful pools, very clean...i was very suprised and i would rate it as 10/10 ! Sure will be back again.
