"Beware of payment Scam"

Booked 5 rooms directly with hotel and paid up front but received authentic looking what’s app messages requesting payment or risk cancellation. It appears that hotel employed are leaking booking and personal information to scammers. Spoke to front office manager and messaged CEO and GM but they do seem to take the matter seriously . Beware when booking directly and making payments to this hotel. I was vigilant but could have lost Rs 240,000 and had a cancelled booking

Location is good as it’s a short distance from the busy Kovalam lighthouse side.

Very close to a mandir which played music almost 24hours for our 5 day stay! It would have been nice if we had been advised!

A lovely hotel, a very clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment for us was that our room had an awful view, having said that, we only really used it for changing and sleeping, so it was not a major problem. A special thank you to the team who looked after our room and to Sajillan and his team who looked after us at the pool.

"3 Day stay lovely hotel"

From the time we arrived, Nimis was so helpful,Fantastic stay in beautiful hotel,staff so friendly and helpful , Felt revitalised after I had a fantastic massage at Ayur Ashram. The three restaurants which includes a vegetarian one were all first class. I found all parts of the hotel spotlessly clean & would recommend it to anyone who's visiting Kovalam.

Visited and stayed in resort for the business event purpose. Staff were much profesionals , amenities and accessibility were great . Food and beverage were quite awesome. Banquet sales cordinator Ajith , Food and beverage cordinator Mr. Soumith , Mr. Prashant, Mr. Sarath & receptionist Anusha and team profesionally coordinated with humble and hospitality services.
