Aesthetic spot and top notch facilities. The staff were incredibly courteous, warm, and attentive to every detail. The food was another highlight — a perfect balance of authentic Kerala flavors and variety. The spread was fresh, well-curated, and delicious across all meals. "Splendid"

The all the staffs were really sweet and over all it was a splendid experience. Will surely gonna add Sterling as our favorite holiday spot and share to friends and family.

Just the water. But we totally understand it's because of you the back waters.

"Bad Stay"

Tasteless

People come to have good food, if a family is stuck in the middle of an island with no way to go out to eat, no car and the rain, was forced to eat the 0 value food. The property is good for someone who might not have seen backwaters in Alappuzha, but not for someone who is from South India and know the place. So the expectation on stay and food was more. The food literally killed the mood of the stay.

We booked the room and it was confirmed but because of money they gave the room to someone else we have planned a lot but it's all failed because of this that too we had our check in on afternoon but they told us only on the morning and everything has spoiled
