1. The main attraction is the location and the beautiful ambience at the resort. 2. The front desk staff were awesome. Especially Ms Amritha. They managed the guests very well. The restaurant staff were also awesome and they maintained good service, timely serving and proper hygiene. 3. Food - The food was exceptional. Awesome. 4. The complementary services added to the packages are brilliant and engaging. 5. Quick responses to our calls for services. Cleaning staff and maintenance staff were good.

1. Maintenance of the property. The property is not well-maintained. The management is just running the show for the sake of the shareholders, it seems. A- The room was leaking during the rain at 2.00 AM. B- The pool was not maintained properly, and it will not be available after 6.00 PM due to a lack of pool lights. C- the kids' play area is a mess, and we can't risk our kids getting injured. D - The water body within the resort is not clean, and we can't even touch the water. E - Bats and Doves are making the balcony area messy all the time. F - Unbearable mosquito issue due to the poor, unclean surroundings, believe. G - The toys, the peddle boat, pool boat, and all amenities are damaged or not properly maintained. 2. The property is overpriced if you're directly booking from the resort. So always check the best deal from Booking.com or other sites to get a good deal. ( I got a good deal from Booking.com for the first day and the deal was worth the money. But the extension we did for the second night was overpriced and it was almost double compared to the price I received from Booking.com) 3. The road to the property and parking was not good. All these are our suggestions to the management as well. If you can do the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance properly with an internal checklist, this property will be much better.
