Sunrise Garden Resort

I was charged double I was quoted and booked. Booking.com blamed the resort and the resort blamed booking and I wasted an entire day on the phone w booking, vacassa and my bank and ended up having stay because you were charging me anyway. Then I get there to find my room has a cardboard window w a portable ac unit w moldy gross bucket it dumps into right in the bedroom. The bedrooms on 1st floor so having an open window that you can't lock next to your bed is nerve racking. The rooms bedroom wall was on the washing machine wall so at 5 am I woke to washing machine banging away. There were small gray worms coming out the bathroom drain. The couch smelled disgusting like sweat and butt and couldn't even sit on it. The door frames are sticky w grime the closet door was broken, the wifi sucked and was spotty. I parked in handicap space as I am disabled to find a huge metal cover over a hole in ground and it was on crooked and an extremely dangerous spot at night especially next to handicap space.

Quality, cleanliness, cost

I have been staying at Sunrise Gardens for many years, long before Vacasa took over management. The location is the draw for me.

Since there is no longer any property manager staff on the premises, the property has gone downhill. The air conditioner was off and so was the refrigerator. Additionally, the door code didn’t work, and the maintenance guy who showed up unannounced was rude and took no pride in his work.

Great location, close to the city pier, the boat service, and the trolley bus. Nice pool. Clean apartment.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very noisy double bed. Both need updating.

Lovely sunny gardens and patio entrance. Easy to find in the historic N Anna Maria Island area. Close to activities and restaurants and the Tampa Bay and the Gulf .Good accommodations and communications w Hosts. Clean and comfortable. Would come again.

Couch was so roomy and comfortable we did not use the pullout part which was not so good.

Ac wasn’t working and we couldn’t get ahold of someone to switch rooms or repair

Laundry, location, good heating in cold weather

Insufficient cutlery, small pie pan, no clothes hangers, no salt & pepper, only a dribble of water at the kitchen sink, a water leak from under the fridge ( which we couldn’t figure out.
