Sunrise Garden Resort

Location is the best with this place. You are in the center of everything. You can go anywhere walking. The pool was nice to cool off after a long day at the beach. I loved that Beach towels were provided. The place in general was good. I would book again.

The property needs to provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and a cooler for guests. Every beach vacation rental I have been provides that. It’s very convenient for guests. The bathroom shower water flow is bad. After a long day at the beach, you want a nice shower. That is a very inexpensive upgrade and it goes a long way. Lastly the apartment has a very distinctive smell like “grandma house”. I think is the couch. The extra blanket that was provided also had that smell. Amazon sells aroma machines that you connect them to the air conditioner and it makes your entire apartment smell good or maybe a candle per guest would be nice. I didn’t like that I was charged 30 dollars because I forgot and took the printout parking pass. It would ge better to have one print out without laminating for each guest because It’s very easy to forget and take it with you. 30 for a laminated print out was excessive.

Excellent location and pool

The location, calm and quiet. Facilities were ideal, sofa bed was not comfortable but managed for 2 nights. Locals are helpful and welcoming. The area was well kept and easy to navigate.

The sunset and sunrises, the piers, and the free bus service. The beaches were stunning, and seeing the dolphins in the wild was a holiday highlight.

Privacy was good

The pool was hot and one of the washers and dryers didn’t work and we’re not marked

The walk to beach, restaurant

Sheets did not fit bed,shower curtain kept falling,pool and grounds very dirty,pool very hot,down a foot on water.Room smelt like mold,had to buy air fresheners,the windows could not be open to air out room,screens where broken and laying on the ground in gardens.old food containers with rotten food laying around,grounds had trash everywhere,pool floating items where broken and flatten.I was told no pets,dog barking for days straight in room seven,I call management company doing a wellness check and complained of all listed,and they brought the right sheets,but charged me another 6.24 cents for ding so.

Price

The location was spot on. Everything we love on Anna Maria was a short walk away. The apartment itself was great,small, well equipped,really clean,perfect for a few days at the beach.
