The location of the property and the quaintness. Good value. Our place was clean.

Dirty pool towels overflowing everyday and pool didn't seem to be cleaned daily. Trying to reach a property manager was difficult. There is no office on property.

Location was 5 minutes by car from family. Easy entry to apartment.

There was no body wash in the shower. Bottle was empty from the first day.

Pool was nice but needed cleaned. The area we stayed was clean but badly needed updated. The toilet seat had paint peeling off it.

Bed slumped in middle and you could feel the springs in mattress. Couch had springs protruding and just sleeping on couch area you just had enough room to turn over. Miserable !

Excellent location near all of the beaches. The property was very clean. The pool was well maintained. There were a lot of extra linens/blankets which is always nice.

The dehumidifier was very noisy. There was no dishwasher, although dishwasher detergent was advertised on the description (so I assumed there was a dishwasher). A few tiny things would’ve made the stay even better. 1)A larger trash can in the kitchen 2) directions to the laundry. (I found it, it just took a lot of wandering around) 3) salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. basic cooking items would really help make this worth the $$

Everything was great. Could use some sort of staff on site at least mornings.

No staff. Expectation to wash towels? We were going to put towels in wash but 1 was full. Other didn't seem to work

What a great location! Close to beaches, restaurants, and an optional trolley.

Honestly we were very impressed with this property. The only suggestion would possible be an outdoor drying rack for swimsuits, etc.
