Sunrise Garden Resort

There was no breakfast served here. This was a condo apartment and the location was wonderful. Only 2 blocks from the beach

We had a small issue with the Shower , there was no hot water but the water was tepid and not a deal breaker. We contacted Vacasa and they put us in touch with the property manager and he came over and started working on the problem.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Key code entry was difficult, as it only allows a very limited amount of time to key in the code. This took many attempts, which was a pain.

Late evening impossible connect to apartment manager or similar employee by phone, sms or booking chat.

The closeness to pine ave

No water pressure. (They wouldn’t come fix it) Electrical outlets not working. (Never came to fix it) Electronic keypad didn’t work. We were stranded outside for 2 hours. A maintenance man showed up and showed us how to use a butter knife to break in. He admitted the keypads need to be replaced and he said his key doesn’t work so he suggested carrying a butter knife. We felt incredibly unsafe. Dogs howling and barking for hours on end in the apartment next to ours. Pool was HOT and cloudy.

Great location, clean and tasteful

The heat was left on in the swimming pool which was ridiculous as it was 95 degrees out. You couldn’t use the pool which was a deal breaker for us. Also, the kitchen had no chopping board, no big salad bowls, no coffee filters. We had to purchase all of these items. Disappointing. No surveillance so people left trash around pool area and the insolation between units was poor. We could hear The people above us walking as if they were in our apartment.

We stayed at sunrise garden resort for the second time. It was a great stay again. The room was clean and the maid did a great job. The ocean is a 3 minute walk away from the resort. The resort is quiet and very nice! There are 3 grill options. We were in room 8. Thank you!

Close to the beach and Main Street. Just a short walk to the island trolley.

The price is high for what you get. And the check in (4pm) and out time (10am)
