The rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast room was comfortable also. Good beds, plenty of water pressure for showers. Great TVs The breakfast meals were very tasty and there was a good variety of. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved pronto.

The dog area outside was planted with some type of ground cover and no dogs were using it. We also didn’t like the freeway noise in rooms on the freeway side. The freeway is very close and runs 24/7. The opposite side rooms facing the mountains are very quiet and scenic. They should mention the freeway noise or replace the windows. I also felt there should be parking choices as opposed to the 31 dollar per night mandatory valet parking. I suppose you could park somewhere on the street and walk after unloading the baggage??

Staff were very nice, kind and professional. Hotel room was spacious and housekeeping was outstanding. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and coffee and tea available 24/7. They offer a wonderful shuttle service with very friendly drivers. Overall extremely pleased with my choice of hotels and my stay!

"I had a pleasant three day stay without any problems."

For a hotel, the heavy door slams were pretty good. The mechanism slowing the door and associated noise was much better than most. These things normally keep me awake. I enjoyed breakfast. The assortment of food choices was about right: meat, eggs, breads, muffins, juices, etc. I loved being close to the airport given I did not know the area and had a very early flight out.

I'm not a fan of valet parking, but sometimes there's no alternative for the hotel. It was handled well though.
