"Fabulous!!"

The building itself was beautiful & classy. With a yummy breakfast & coffee & Christmas Day when I was supposed to see my brother, I got a horrible cold & stayed in bed all day. I was on the 3rd or 4th floor facing the Verdugo mountains & it was a great restful day & I flew home the next day. It was actually a beautiful relaxing day thanks to your facilities & services. Thanks for that

"Not typical of a Hampton Inn stay"

The housekeeper cleaned very well. The room was clean.The staff was polite. Provided complimentary Lyft as shuttle did not seem to be running.

Not at the airport, 10 min. away. Mattress was uncomfortable, furniture old, room small. Noisy location (underpass), and some kind of sctratching noise all night. Not restful. Not typical of a Hampton Inn stay.

breakfast was decent, evening cookies were great, the hot tub was a bonus. Valet parking was very quick my car was always out front when I was ready to go.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The wonderful guys doing the valet were amazing. Prompt, friendly and so nice. They really stood out. Also, our room was just what we needed. I also liked that breakfast was offered for a large window of time each morning (6-10 am) as well as milk and cookies each evening. They were also kind enough to let us check in pretty early. We were thankful for that because it was pouring down rain outside and we didn't have anything else to do.

Just thought the beds could have been a bit better. They were really springy. The pillows weren't that great either.
