The property was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed

The $34 per night mandatory valet fee seemed excessive and was not mentioned in any hotel information prior to booking. The breakfast was okay, but limited and we had a hard time finding a clean table.

Parking I disliked we had to pay parking

This was a very disappointing stay. We were woken up around 4:00 AM by extremely loud and continuous stomping from the room above us (we were on the 3rd floor). It sounded like someone doing jumping jacks and made it impossible to sleep. We contacted the front desk twice. The first time, we were told the room above us would be contacted, but the noise continued. When we called again about two hours later, the front desk agent repeatedly interrupted us and told us we would need to wait until the 9 AM shift to speak with someone. No resolution was offered. Because of the lack of action and the dismissive handling of the situation, we lost sleep and did not feel comfortable staying another night. This was not the level of service we expect from a Hilton property. I hope management addresses both noise enforcement and how guest concerns are handled during overnight hours.

All of the staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the was a wide variety of options. The valet service was a treat and reasonably priced.

The receptionist attempted to charge us a second time for our stay at checkout, despite the fact that we had already paid at check-in. When we questioned this, she was rude and unhelpful. We also discovered an unexplained $50 charge taken from our account that same morning without our authorisation. The manager eventually came to assist and resolved the billing confusion, explaining that a random card had somehow been added to our account. He assured us that the parking charges would be refunded as a gesture of goodwill and that they would investigate the $50 charge. However, after we returned to the UK, the hotel automatically charged us for parking again, although the $50 was refunded. I have emailed the hotel twice since and have received no response. Overall, very disappointing service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.
