The pool was clean

Terrible service by inefficient and untrained staffs. They couldn't check the functioning of AC in the room before allotting it to us. We had technicians coming in and out of the room multiple times. The rooms are old and shabby. The food served in the restaurant is reheated in the microwave and given, it is not freshly prepared.

Friendly staff. Aircon worked very well. Lake view rooms are nicely located. Pool is nice with a great view. Location is good. Kitchen makes amazing local dishes and prices are good for a resort.

Facilities and rooms are fine but look like they have not been upgraded in a decade or two. For example, the bath is chipped and the decorative water features/ponds need to be cleaned. Breakfast buffet has lots of options but food is so so. Our shower was either way too hot or cold and with low pressure.
