Food is just average. dull ambience of the food hall. Bed - very shaky and noisy. Awful odor in the room which went away only after a day. We had a late check in at 8.30 pm with two cranky partially asleep toddlers. The front desk staff sat on our head for the payment formalities, despite explaining completely tired kids due to a long journey , wouldn’t even let us put the kids to bed. Came to our room with card reader machine and asked us to settle the payment right then at 10pm!

The location is beautiful. The Lake view rooms were pleasant and offered a beautiful view out to the lake.

The service was highly unusual and fell short of expectations. There was a complete lack of hospitality, with guests observed carrying their own luggage. Lobby staff seemed annoyed by calls from rooms. Upon checkout, no assistance was available for luggage, which was particularly problematic as a family member had sustained elbow and knee injuries from a fall on the hotel's slippery roads.

La chambre vu jardin est moins sympa que la chambre vu lac. L’hôtel qui ne répond pas au mail
