Overall a great experience. Nice property, clean, friendly staff, good buffet spread. I would say Bhavana at the reception made the check in and checkout process seamless. She occassionally checked on us and if we needed something. This gesture itself goes a long way to make the stay exceptional.

Mold smell in the room Beds are not comfortable Additional bed are not comfortable. Mattress needs to be changed in all rooms AC not so good needs improvement Tub was damaged not good condition
