Stayed here on multiple occasions and I have to admit there is always such a pleasant experience. Clean , spacious, located in a very good area of NW Houston. Recommend it with all my confidence !

"I would never book this room again due to all the issues I had. The staff was very rude."

Nothing

There were roaches in my room, there was black stuff in the ice that came from the ice machine, there was a lot of drug activity. It smelt like weed all through out the day and night.

The room was large any roomy. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was nice. It was a clean room.

There were no "blankets" on the beds. There were only sheets and a thin "duvet" covers and they were full of cigarette burns. The toilet paper didn't have a hanger. It was stuffed in a hole.

"The room was very nice but the refrigerator area in the back was all dirty and the coffee maker had the old filter still"

I liked the presentation of the room, its bed is very comfortable and the distribution of everything. excellent

I didn't like that they were repairing the roofs and there were paint marks all over the property and when I returned from an event I got one buried in my shoe. That doesn't look good to me!

"It’s a great romantic spot but you don’t want to leave your things out."

Loved the tub and clean room. Beautiful wall painting and mirrors to the ceiling.

Their system for booking was poor and even though I paid for two nights they argued with me and locked me out the room after going in and turning the A/C off during our breakfast.
