Scottish Inn & Suites

The stay here was horrible, first thing expedia booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

They offered a jacuzzi suite.

The bedding had burn holes. I asked for a different one and was told they all have them. I then asked for an additional blanket. I was told to ask housekeeping but she didn’t understand English. Manager then came out to give me one with an attitude. What I finally received when I unfolded it was a window curtain. The room was great. Management has no customer service.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet.

The elevator was hot. No air circulation. The restroom in our room was hot. No air circulation.
