The service staff here has been the most helpful. Special shoutout to Lynn, whose customer service has been amazing as she patiently assisted me with some dining/entertainment bookings as I was struggling with the app I was using. The room is also spacious and comfortable.

The Grand Hyatt Shenzhen’s Club Lounge offers excellent service and boasts a prime location

We love this hotel. It's our favourite hotel as it offers excellent, if only a little* dated rooms. The room facilities and general staff are superb. **So why the lower mark this time? Breakfast, an apathetic waiter parked us in a dreary corner without any awareness of my disabled wife, Her foot was in a brace as she had twisted her ankle. We were miles from anything, no offer of help or anything. Ouch! Other than this we like to stay here as it is our favourite hotel.

Amazing five-star concierge staff, all requests were dealt with promptly and warmly

From the moment I approached the front desk, he greeted me with a warm, professional smile and handled everything with remarkable efficiency. His work ethic is impeccable – meticulous, fast, and thorough. He completed my check‑in in record time, yet never missed a single detail. What struck me most was his excellent command of English; he spoke fluently and clearly, which made the whole process effortless for me. He also took extra care to explain hotel facilities and recommend local dining spots, all within minutes. He handled everything perfectly, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future stays. Liu Noah’s combination of skill, care, and language talent is truly impressive. Finally, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire Guest Services team for making mytrip so enjoyable. Although the system's maximum rating is 5, I would give Liu Noah a 6 without hesitation – he simply went above and beyond all my expectations. I am absolutely delighted! A real asset to Shenzhen Hyatt!

The room was exceptionally spacious with enough room for the three of us, with a lovely en suite bathroom and soft mattress. We had a wonderful mini break at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during the short stay, they provided us with a high level of service as they always complied with all our requests during the brief stay.

Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, room was amazing, value is unbelievable. The staff were exceptional, in particular level 25 Tracey and Nancy were stsnd outs. Thanks for the amazing hospitality Ladies.
